1. General Process
You can contact me on either twitter, instagram or by email.
Please specify all the details you'd like and provide visual reference if possible. If you'd like feel free to request a specific pose or scenario, the more details and references you provide me the easier it'll be for me to complete your commission accurately! If you'd like more examples of my work, let me know and I'll send you a link to my portfolio.

Once all details are sorted out I will give you the price quote, if all is well I will need your paypal email to which I can send the invoice to. I will either only accept full payment or 50% before starting and 50% after the sketch approval. I will only start the commission once payment is sent.3. Process
The commission can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2-3 months to be completed. I will keep you updated if it's taking longer than expected. Please let me know if you want to see progress shots! You are free to request any changes if you're unsatisfied with the sketch, changes done in the sketch phase are free. Simple changes in the lineart and colouring phase are also free, however drastic changes may cost extra. I will NOT send you progress shots if you don't ask for them!4. Usage and Copyright
•You are not allowed to edit my work without my permission.
• If you'd like to use my work for commercial purposes such as stickers, twitch emotes etc. please let me know in advance!
• Please let me know whether you're comfortable me uploading the commission to my social media.
• You are free to post the commission piece yourself as long as you credit me!5. Refunds
I will notify you when I have started on your commission - when I have started your commission I will not accept refunds.

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with evidence of these terms or our conversations.
